The Universe Is In Us

Like most students, from time to time my mind wanders.  And like most (nerdy) people, sometimes I find myself thinking about where the molecules that make us up come from, and where the energy that we are created from and generate is initially derived.  I have always been of the mind that everything, from humans to bacteria, is from a common atomic and energy pool and this has always served me as a wonderfully fulfilling form of spirituality.  So when I came across these videos, I was simply overwhelmed by the shared sentiment.  I could never explain this thought as eloquently as Neil deGrasse Tyson has done.

 

 

 

"The universe is in us."  Such a simple sentence, but such a grand statement.
