While this isn't necessarily the quickest of videos, it makes for an interesting watch. Harvard psychologist Dan Gilbert discusses the secret to happiness. Or, more specifically, the secret to one of the types of happiness that exist in the world: synthetic happiness. 


He also has a big 'ole book on this topic, if it tickles your fancy. Hopefully it will be tickling my fancy as I peruse it on an airplane today!
