A team including a few University of Calgary researchers just used the Large Hadron Collider at CERN to trap 38 antihydrogen particles for a tenth of a second - in essence, trapping antimatter for the first time. And, within a year, experiments run at the LHC might even be able to prove either way whether dark matter exists. Yet we still do not fully understand the most fundamental of all forces: gravity.
