Everyone does it. No one really knows why...

No, not watching Glee. Sleeping! And personally, We'd much rather spend an hour on the latter. We just don't see the appeal. 

But everyone loves sleep! It's refreshing, you look great afterwards, and you get to have trippy dreams the whole time. But can sleep actually be harnessed for something useful? We'll give you a hint, the answer is yes.

My life must be very boring as I sleep a lot! I have heard that seratonin is produced while one sleeps and I need extra so maybe that is why I sleep so much.
