The Mars Rover now has artificial intelligence, allowing it to decide for itself where it wants to go exploring.  And you know what that means… It can never be trusted again.

AI has a long history of bettering our understanding of the basis of thought, and an even longer history of creeping us the hell out. But how close are we to being taken over by super-intelligent robots? We explore some awesome and terrifying advances in the field of machine learning.
